Casey stoner in a recent interview with Autosport, Casey Stoner cast a vote of confidence on Jorge Lorenzo’s arrival at the Italian Team in 2017 to ride the Ducati Desmosedici MotoGP bike.


Stoner is currently an official Ducati Test Rider and Ambassador. The Aussie won the 2007 MotoGP™ World Championship title on the Ducati Desmosedici on his second season in MotoGP with 10 Victories. Casey Stoner also admitted that Lorenzo will sure need some time to adapt his riding style to the Italian Bike but will get things right aftetwards.

“Of course at the beginning it’s going to be very tough for him,” Stoner told Autosport. “He’s had so many years on the Yamaha, which is a very, very different machine and the Japanese and Italian styles, essentially, are very, very different. It will take a little bit of time to adjust, there’s no doubt about that. But we know Jorge, we know how he just keeps slogging things out.”
